how will it hurt people owning theatres? those people either lease their theatres for a fixed amount, or buy a movie for a price after calculating how much money they make from exhibiting it.

If free market has only raised prices, raised and raised and raised it.. It's time for the govt to step in and give mottikaayalu to the players in free market who are fleecing the public. no?

Pedda cinemalu raavu, chinna cinema lu janalu chudaru. 

 

Exhibitors will limit movies only to urban areas in limited theatres.
