House selling

I have 4 houses,

1 in Austin which I bought for 190K in 2012 (paid off) worth is 550K, should I sell it ? 

2. in northern VA bought for 400K in 2016 is worth 700K, should I sell it ? 
 

which one better to sell ? Planning to buy commercial property in Vizag for 14Cr

Why to sell? Refinance cheyyachhu kadaa?? And take some cash out.. the prices will go further up as both places are still red hot due to housing shortage…
