Two-year-old shoots and injures one-year-old sibling and mom after grabbing gun from center console of family car parked outside a Texas Walmart

• Two-year-old shot and wounded one-year-sibling and their mother, 23, after finding loaded gun in family vehicle's console 
• Shooting took place outside Walmart in Granbury, Texas, Wednesday 
• Baby suffered flesh wound to the leg, while mom was shot in the arm and chest; both survived and were hospitalized 
• Police have yet to decide whether to bring charges against the parents
