Kakynada Posted January 7, 2022 Report Share Posted January 7, 2022 @kumardwh83 here you go -- basic standard sal 401k, hpw much company match, how much you contribute, what are all possibilities company offering vacation/PTO move in bonus AD& D benefits ahort term or long term benefits if you not able to work cos of any illness, life insurance value Health Insurance HSA - How much employer contributing, make sure you have good HSA balance for future medical needs, based on this value go for health insurance plans, depending on needs of you and your spouse, health and medical conditions...Normally companies off 1 time yearly balance of 1k-2k, and you contribute and save too, this is tax exempt so and important for health savings Yearly increments - 2-3% depends on perfarmance, happens in first quarter stocks - if they offering i think i covered everything...Good luck!
