Yeah it's not that difficult to be honest, non IT background ammai used to work as a barista at Starbucks naa roommate ex-gf she's a manager in a very top Fintech firm now, attended 6 months of bootcamp and then worked as a dev for 4 years and got promoted to manager. 

So yeah she's just passionate about IT and understands the business well
