Trisha Tested Positive For Covid; Recovering

The third wave of the Corona Virus pandemic is finally here. Already, a lot of common men and celebrities contracted the virus. Lakshmi Manchu, Mahesh Babu, and Thaman are a few high-profile celebrities from the Telugu film industry who tested positive for COVID-19. Now, actress Trisha too joined the list.

Trisha Krishnan took to her Twitter profile to confirm that she has tested positive for the virus around New Year’s eve. The actress is currently on the path to recovery.

“Despite taking all the precautions and safety measures, I tested positive just a little before the New Year. You name the symptoms, I had it! Even tho it was one of my most harrowing weeks, I am recovering and feel better today thanks to my vaccinations. I request everyone to do the same and mask up. Hoping to clear my tests and fly back home soon. My heartfelt thanks to the best family and friends I have and for all the prayers,” tweeted Trisha.

On the work front, Trisha is currently busy with a bunch of projects. Ponniyin Selvan, Ram, Garjanai, Sathuranga Vettai 2 and Raangi are the films in her pipeline.
