In India it is the land price that matters not the actual construction. MB’s home is in Shamshabad, I know the area. An acre is around 2 to 3 cr there. So 15 cr for land assuming 5 acres. Assuming That home construction would cost close to 15 cr. Total would not exceed 30 cr max 40 cr. 
 

Chiranjeevi’s home is on 3000 SqYrd in Jubilee Hills. Considering 3lakhs per SqYrd, just the land value itself will be 90 crores.

he built this in shadnagar where the land rates are still around 1cr for acre. So this house shouldn’t cost more than 20cr

It is Jalpally, 4-6 crore per acre there near his house but definitely he is no match to Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna.

idi jujubi man...... this farmhouse is in a small village in shamshabad area....... not jublee hills, gachibowli or kokapet .......... it is 111GO land which costs less than 5 crores per acre..... this farm house is only 5 acres..... you can also build this home if you have 100 crores.
