what is the process when changing jobs ?

What should we ask the employer before joining? 
 

what kind of portability we need to check ,  what kind of support is required through rest of GC process from employeer

I have not used it @fasak_vachadu used it I think

Process is nothing you will be using ead ro join new employer and ask him to file 485j one thing is if u plan to interfile or refile new employer is tough if u want to jump.to eb2 else ok

Also one more aspect during renewal time will uscis will be able to give us in 1 year

Naa story vare foing two jobs with primary employer and another employer so want keep the flow with my primary employer until I get GC June July ravali GC Mari let’s see

Are you trying for FT or consulting jobs bro.It seems every employer we work on EAD should submit I485J.Given our PD of 2014 worst case we might get GC after 10 years but it is always advisable to get I485j with every new employer going forward as in the Final GC interview we might be asked to should proof of all I485js we submitted.Consulting employers will easily provide I485j but I am not sure if FT employers will do I485j

Full time bro if at all I want to move. So checking to see before we even start interviews should we ask if they can file 485j ?

When we using GC EAD , we lose H1 correct, is there a way we can retain?

99.99% they will file bro for them no cost make sure u have copy of your filing and have the roles little bit similar to your existing job done deal

Bro through foia I got the 140 form my employer submitted and ETA form 9089 that means I have the enough info if I want to move out new employer and share the details to them to file 485j ?
