H1b Or H4 ead in my situation

My wife is in on h1b went for visa stamping dropbox early January and US embassy asked to come for interview for further review on Feb 8  which is almost 5 weeks after . My question

 

1. Just to be safe side can I apply her h4 ead , if her visa rejected on feb 8 h4 ead help ?  
2. Just take it course and deal after feb 8 outcome. 

3. how long h4 ead process ?

H4 God knows bayya at least 4 months lo vasthe u are lucky

2nd option best , I have a doubt without h4 h4 ead ela apply chestav ?? Not sure u can apply h4 ead upfront

Feb 8 emina problem avuthe first u have to get are h4 done then u can apply ead as she is out of country

Mi wife h1b antunnav currently, went stamping for H1, if reject ayihtey H4 stamping vellali with your H1 copy and after coming to USA ..you can apply H4 EAD thats the process.

1) You cannot apply h4ead if she is out of country 

2) you cannot apply h4 ead without h4 status 

Good luck..hope she gets H1 stamping tension padaku....

It’s very common to ask for in person interview…as long as thanaki anni documents untey nothing to worry bro …realx vachesthndi H1 visa
