C2C, Employer vs Employee Cut - 2nd Job

First time looking out for 2nd Job, I know it's too late, could anyone suggest how much cut we can negotiate with the employer if we find the 2nd job on our own?

What are you reasons for this suggestion? I don't wanna do longer anyway, just as long as possible under 1 year.

My employer said he will take care of it, already few consultants are doing 2nd jobs through my employer. I don't know more details other than this, I don't want to get tricked by my employer, this is the reason I reached out the DB members.
