Maa community lo, more condos are available for renting and 4% rent kuda thaggindi one week lo…happy to see these numbers

Winter lo rents thagguthaayi.. very few people move or buy/sell houses in winter… Summer prices are at peaks due to schools , weather etc

But after Christmas usually peruguthaayi, but seeing downtrend this year……agreed summer months asusal peruguthaayi irrespective of anything
