ma dantlo full timers gattiga kastapadatharu and take accountability.. where as contractors hardly work 4-5 hours.. every month we are ending contract of at least 1-2, based on performance and hiring some other contractors.. but 90% of them are under performing.. and full time vallu working closely 10 hours a day.. interviews lo super ga untundi performance and work ki vache sariki they do not respond to emails or IMS… 

I am hoping USCIS and DHS takes some action on this and every one can have good work life balance.

Rendu kadu 20 jobs cheysukomanu… but be accountable to the one who is paying them.. 1 hour ki company $125 pay cheysthundi, which is $250k/year.. same role ki FT ki $90 isthunaru, but guess what FT is more efficient and taking accountability.. I know how much pain I am taking because of irresponsible multi job contractors.. small and mid size companies don’t want to increase their head count and relay mostly on contractors, but e multi jobs valla they are performing only 20% and some one else is taking pain of it:

nenu oka 12 years back contractor ga start cheysanu.. I always encouraged some one trying to get into first job, even though I know they do not have a experience.. 

so called 4 job contractor is raising the house prices, bidding the houses for $100k above sale price and making house unaffordable for first time buyers..
