Pre ipo price chaala thakkuva vuntadi bro. Offcourse depends on when u join. If u join 2-3 yrs pre ipo, u can see appreciation from 2-10X…

Depends on the level & time u joined.

for example software engs & sr software engs ki stock portion 30-50% untadhi general gaa.. adhey mgr ki vachesariki 40-60% avuthadi. Directors ki 60-80%.
 

stock appreciation after u join plays a big role too. For example 2020 lo join ayina vallaki vachina stock price ki ippudu almost double unnayi prices. So that may increase stock % in TC

just an fyi, netflix doesnt give stocks or bonus. It only has very high base pay.

amazon us diff ball game. They give more sign on bonus because of weird rsu vesting program.

Vmware pays good ani vinna. Levels.fyi lo choodu.

splunk is good in terms yearly performance based rsu’s but avge regards to initial grant.
