Moving Canada to USA H1 or J2

Koncham lengthy ga vundi situation sorry....

Planning to move to USA in March, on H1b or J2(J1 dependent physician). Which visa is better.

Moved to Canada 3 years back to apply for Citizenship now planning to come back USA. Was in USA on H1B about 6 years I140 priority date is September 2016 EB3. I have two options 

1) H1B - but H1B toh, mestri toh vunde headaches and vache pay.. priority date current eppudaitado no scope

Canadian citizenship (passport) 2023 mid ki ravochu.. Canadian citizenship vachaka I can change visa status from H1 to T1. Inka na priority date current aye varaku H1 or T1.

2) J2 visa - no H1B/T1 tension, no renewals/rejection tension and no headache with mestri.  I will get EAD(J2) can work anywhere Will get good pay. But okka sari J2 meeda vaste 3 years waiver untundi na wife ki.. na GC date current ayite I can't apply I485 until she finish waiver job.. so from now total 6 years padtadi tana Residency and waiver job complete avataniki ee lopu na date current ayite I have to wait until she finish waiver job.

So next 6 years lopu na date current aye chance vunda? Em visa mida vaste better?

H1B meeda ochi get Full time. Ne status neku untadhi. Independent ga unde option unnapudu why be a dependent?

H1 atu itu ayina anyways you will have TN
