You have freedom but that doesn’t mean apply GC using certain skill set (EB2/3) and work as Uber driver or in complete different low skill field … during naturalisation application some were questioned on this ground and this questioning is more often seen with EB1 and EB2-NIW categories

Sorry cannot agree with you because practically I saw lot of known people changing fields…example one guy became notary leaving his regular job
