Need suggestion from experts on Villa Project at Adibatla . Does anyone know about this project .

They usually Start at 3.25 cr.

now min price is 3.65 anta , my parents visited and they are mesmerized on  the project .  checking on DB for others opinion . 

 

i heard from my parents  similar villa project on West side(near  Narsingi )  cost around 6-7 . not sure why cost in villas in Hyderabad have become so high .

As per this project… looks like interior decoration  is doing all the show

construction wise there is not much outside space 

the flooring tiles looks vertrified 3*3 tiles 

look at the marble back to the TV. That’s something nice and will be awesome if they give that for all flooring 

stair case tiles is black looks like the ones used for hostels and apartments in hyd 

only one person fits on a stair case at a time 

kitchen size is small 

Bed Rooms are not that spacious … looks like no powder room or walkin closet 

Outdoor space around the villa is also not so big  

Look is 2 cars fit in the parking space 

just my thought. 
 

let me know if all other villa projects construction is like this in Hyd

Bro disregard my comments u go ahead if ur parents loved it and u liked it 

my comments perspective are more from a lay man who invests 4 cr in a home
