Engineering that is needed to scale for millions of users is not easy... Mostly custom built software .... You only see simple UI and UX , but engineering complexity is enormous... Indian companies are good at using commodity software , building and maintaining cookie cutter applications ... TikTok / WhatsApp etc are different ballgame... They don't use off the shelf software...it won't work or efficient enough. Quote

But success depends on product engineering, world class UX ( never before done, easy to use etc) which are not our strength . Majority of talent migrate to USA every year, so it will be a while you will see... Quote
