Was struck in India for 9 months with no job. Back to USA 2 weeks back. Credit cards ki covid effect ani request petti negotiation chesthe will it come under public charge? Or any other future consequences?

Public charge is only if you use taxpayer money like welfare, HUD, food stamps etc. Banks are private entity, it can only affect your credit score, not a bit more

credit cards are corporate company business kada kaka, not a public charge. Negotiate that u can only pay 20cents on the dollar. Nidananga credit score build chesuko

i was paying min payments on time. 

 

negotiat-ing credit card de-bt will be reported hence effecting my cr3dit w0rthiness for long term. so dropping off that idea.
