What is your opinion, is it good idea to put less or put 20% Quote

What is your opinion, is it good idea to put less or put 20% if you really want to take risk then may be balance it out. mortgage payments for 20% and 5% will differ a lot. calculate how much your monthly payments will be if you 20% ,15%,10% and 5%. find a spot which is comfortable for you. Pmi oka 100 padindi , later on when i refinanced pmi tesesaadu as my appreciation of my home came way more than purchased price . Now no emi and still i downed 5% Quote
