As per minority commission bill passed in 1992 by PV Narasimha Rao govt minorities are based on national level population not state level … state level minority classification needs amendment to that act and thats what SC said

SC/ST benefits are much more than any minority benefits … SC/ST benefits and minority benefits they cannot claim at same time and minorities thokkolo benefits kosam no one will convert … conversion are more deep rooted than benefits, benefits kosam convert avuthunnaru anukunte waste
