I think the price is okay for the current market… you are not getting 60ft lots anywhere… most of them are 40 and 50 ft lots… check the schools… not all schools in Frisco isd are good..

Pakkana estates at shadoock chudaka poinava . Frisco hills is ok .

900k BUDGET VUNTEY GO TO Lexington Country...still there are some lots left in classic series

Last month sign Chesa Little elm. And school is ISD Frisco. Cost 450 when signing now it went to 475 and handover 8 months.

Lot size 7200 sft

Yeah Alamost everywhere everyone waiting for spring..but appatiki rates perugutayi..so I was thinking to signup now to save another 50 to 100k..
