No tension job. But no growth. Doing same from past 14 years. Running in auto pilot mode.. looking for contracting role. Expecting 120 per hour. Do you think it’s worth to move? any idea how much it cost for medical insurance for family of 4? Quote

In any scenario never consider contracting jobs..full time job bore kodithe get into another full time job that is more challenging... If you are not GC holder, i really pity you for even getting the thought to consider contracting job.. family of 4 antunnav kada stability kuda alochinchuko...contracting job is like 2nd or 3rd grade job types and thats how folks see or treat you even though they dont directly say it on ur face Quote
