house design ni batti untundhi.. mine is also around 6k. front lawn is not big, backyard is decent size.

federal govt is subsidizing maintenance for the cities housing these kind of units. vaallu chesthunnanni rojulu ee badha tappadu.

almost all cities that encourage single family homes are drowning in debt. one day they'll just declare bankruptcy. or start building multifamily units. its inevitable one way or the other.

my 600ft condo will probably be more expensive than the 6000sft home. and I don't have to worry about a car. each people's needs different.
