నెలకు షుమారు 70000 జీతం తీసుకునే ఒక ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి ఈ ప్రభుత్వం తెచ్చిన పథకాల వలనే తనకు ఆశించినంత జీతం పెరగలేదని అంటూనే ఆ పథకాలు తనకు అందవని వాపోయాడు.

IR means you are just getting extra bonus on existing base salary … if your base is 10000 your net pay is 12700 and this IR won’t get reflected in any allowance like HRA/DA or pension contributions by govt … but with PRC your base pay changes to 12400 that means your HRA and DA also grows by the same 24% and your pensions contributions by govt also grows 24% … HRA slabs change chesaru based on location but 2021 December salary tho campare chesthe Jan 2022 salary won’t decrease but you won’t also see any change …

because this is 2018 PRC you already saw salary hike in 2019 when IR is implemented, now it’s just officially confirming the PRC anthe and adjusting final amount … oka PRC ke two times hike ela expect chestharu vaa

I am not against employees demanding more PRC %  but against propaganda of employees loosing pay …
