Another thing is downplaying Nehru and criticizing him for everything. Even after independence there were many princely states that had to be merged , lot of riots, setting the direction for the country… it would have been very difficult job but I think he did reasonably good job (of course could have done more).

As a home minister vallabhai patel did his job of unification likewise as a prime minister Nehru focus was on modernization, education, public sector enterprises, welfare, infrastructure, malnutrition etc etc … cherry picking and belittling then founding fathers is foolishness …
