i-140 Employer Change

Hello DB Members,

I have my i-140 approved ( approved in 2016 ) from old employer , now i switched to new employer will my old i140 will be still active ?? What happens if my old employer revokes my I140.

My new employer said he will start GC after 6 months. Please Advise.

Ya .. just saw 2016.. I think you are good bro .. he can’t revoke ur 140.. ur priority date can port.

If you stayed with your old employer for 6 months after 140 approval.. Then it doesn't matter even if he revokes..You are good..47osjd.gif

He can revoke whenever he wishes.

Only catch is if he revoked after 6 months you will not lose your pd else you will lose it.

Thanks Guys for your replies , old employer tho 2016 lo approve ayyindi. Moved to new employer in Nov 2021.
