H4 yenduku bro India lo unte stamping vepinchu you don’t need H4… H4 ead I am not sure if we can apply while she is in India as they ask I94 number

just get the h4 stamped in india bayya , ead vachaka apply cheyamanu, if her h4 ead is still vaildd i mean at the end of expiry according o new rules she can work 180 days etc if her h4 194 is valid

I'm assuming this is change of status. You cannot file when she's out of country. If she travels when case is pending it'll be void. she need to apply h4 from embassy to come back and file EAD once back in US

she can go while the application is in process...but she needs valid visa right again to re-enter and she has to go for stamping. There she gets I94 extension anyways... if u r sure that she will be gng to India then why applying for H4...400$ bokka

In summary: don’t need to file H4 just get stamping done in India

can’t file H4 ead from India, have to be file once she is back in the states.

h4 ead rules changed now, extension aithe h4 ead receipt meda work cheyachu anukunta? Correct me if I am wrong.

when wife plan to go india - H4 filing deniki ... Just ask her to dropbox now in india with your H1 copy , you will save 400-500$ application fee if you file H4 here.

 

second: H4 ead cannot apply from India, you have to apply after her come back from india with H4 copy.. 

 

if you have  already H4 , Just  H4 EAD apply yo u can apply an go to India, no issues . just FYI...
