The only long term change I observe is they are merging half of Nellore district into rayalaseema 

Just like parts of khammam, bhadrachalam were merged into Telangana after merger and hence lost to Telangana after division

It takes time obviously .. tg lo still lot of ppl they are in old combined districts .. collectorates osthe konchem pani thaggudhhi dhooram unnollaki.. yeah but it’s a long game.. inko 10,15 years aithe appudu set authayemo

99% of the people yes nothing changes. Before districts got divided, administration is almost decentralized and online services catered to most needs.

For eg: Mahbubnagar was split into 4 districts. But for 99% people, nothing changed at least for daily purposes. It's been almost 5 years and yes, we can see the difference. especially law and order, government services and benefits, Panchayat Raj functions better, Additional collector meets with sarpanch every other month etc. 

For normal people, nothing really changes but overall, smaller districts although increases the public expenditure but at the same time, improve efficiency.

Kavalsindi kuda ave....no new or additional infra is required other than collection and SP offices. Okadu administration and inkokadu law and order.

Existing offices already vunayi...inkemi avasaram? District secretariat kosame ie collector and commissioner offices...no proposal for staff division or recruitment..atlanti plan ae ledu....I think 100 bed hospital and PHC ni 50 bed ki upgrade okayi nadustundi...anthe..other than that no one is moving.
