Can EAD holder work on 2 jobs ?

I am on EAD working on a full time (ie; Green Card sponsored company with I-485 pending) work on a Part Time evening & weekend job (this is non perm filing related job duties) and by having 2 different I-9 filled ? If Yes, Does working for multiple jobs have any impact on my pending I-485? Also Do I need to inform my GC sponsored company abt it ?

 

 

You can work as many additional jobs as you want. Just make sure to continue working for the sponsoring petitioner as well. You do not need to inform anybody about it, unless your petitioning company has some rules about working other jobs...

Not correct. 

On H1B kooda cheyyochu. Concurrent H1B file cheyyali. Legal ga 2 jobs chesukovachu, technically the second job is part time but no one cares how many hours you work.

I think vallu deal matladukune appude tax lu gatra anni calculate cheskone matladukuntaru anukunta. But second job chesevadi meeda a job undadhu kadha so irs drustilo vadiki oka job ye but interview teskune vadi peru meeda two or three jobs untayyi and he is responsible to pay taxes. So he will take into account tax money and pay that candidate.

I guess my point is, the candidate will receive a bunch of unaccounted money in his bank account. If it crosses $10k, the bank immediately reports to IRS.
