i like three roses for the taste. as someone said ... milk makes all the difference. some branded milk taste bad when boiled at high temperatures. elachi is a must too.

Milk quality is more important than tea powder ... Irani chai is best in my opinion and I heard one of their secrets is the amount of time they boil the milk to make it thick ... Also, some of the places that serve Irani chai use jaggery over sugar

Try A2 milk from Costco . Tastes like buffalo milk that we drink in India .
