Coming to point tg lo regional rung road ekada aina appreciate a utavyi , but in your situation if your parents have a livable home I suggest you to invest here in up coming cities like Atlanta, Phoenix Arizona,  Boulder etc etc what's the point nuvu elagu velav india ki

If you do not have anyone in Hyderabad to l9ok after your property and it is not a rera approved and not part of a layout you would want to be very careful as the chances of encroaching such lands is very high ... also as the above post mentioned it is becoming more difficult to get money sold from such huge investments back to US in case your long term goal is to settle down here

Anthe antava? What you said is correct. But enduko hyd real estate boom miss aithunnanemo ani thinking. Already chala perigi  poyayi. Koncham India lo cash undi. Daanitho kondam ani. Not sending dollars from here. Stopped long back
