Doctors have a lot of unaccounted money and real estate is the best way to park any unaccounted money 

Land prices have gone up by a lot after covid lockdown , atleast the areas I know of 

Buf these issues are not specific to Andhra , it's the same with almost all states

Chinna independent clinic doctor is also making 15k INR per day minimum konchem peru unte they are making easily 20-30 lakhs PM so they are parking money in Realestate
