So, I received this email for my visitor's visa. I has browsed and found that I'm supposed to send NYC vfs global. am I right?

 

Do I need to include the return label in the package while sending the passport. I could not get the customer service on call from morning.

 

Do I need to send the expired passport as well?

1) you can send any center. i sent it to LA

2)yes pay for return label. check instructions lo untadhi

3)no need . only valid passport.

Eduardo: Correct, just that you cannot send the package by yourself, you have to register first.

Eduardo: To avail the courier service, customers should visit:https://www.vfsglobal.ca/PostalAppointmentThrough this portal, they will be able to pay for the service and print the label they will use to send the documents to the VAC. The second label, which is the one to return their passport, will be printed at the VAC.

Do I need to send the expired passport as well?

If you dont send a label, they will dispatch your passport in first class mail which you cannot track. Not sure if thy changed the procedure now. Its better to buy a prepaid label like usps 2 day priority mail
