I have tested positive 10 days back.my second dose is scheduled for tomorrow, is it safe to go ahead and get my second dose tomorrow or shall wait.

You’ll have natural immunity bro, no need vaccine till next 5 or 6 months

Once you recovered only after 3 months you will be given vaccine 2nd dose...

You are not eligible for second dose and CDC also has some recommendations on when you can take your second dose after recovering from CoViD19.
