Hyderabad lo ekkada konna prices perugutaane untayii taggavu...

Keesara is good palce, lot of Engg colleges anukunta ippudu akkada.

we do have some land in that mandal and planning to sell and either bring it to US or move West side/Shamshabad.  Appreciation was ok. We bought in 2003 and now it is more than 50 times.  However that area is not going to be for premium investements and even to live with pollution and all.

keesara side i dont think there is much pollution.. basic ga as rao nagar/ecil side. 2008s lo atu naagaram side anta khali undedi... back when i went in 2016 it developed a lot and i see more are moving outwards ghatkesar keesara. also ghatkesar lo IT  undedi ani gurtu am not sure how well that would develop.

konni areas lo ground water polluted ani vinna. The land we own is good though.  Don't know much particulars. Appreciation wise I think it was ok. Probably would have been better in Mokila area if we brought back then but everything in hindsight now.

Uppal side nundi NE outskirts antha ground water pollution.. same with the areas you quoted.. Baachupally side kooda waste.. appreciate avvadu.. Patancheru oka maadiri.. they are industrialized areas and better access to the core developing city.

Engineering colleges vunte saripoyinda mama? Hyderabad lo ekkada konna perugudda? Real estate kuberulu baagupadadam tappa enduko koncham cheppu.. ippatiki vunna chotle demand leka nadustundi.. inkenni kadataaru enduku kadataaru?

which areas in the city are good for investment ??

Advantage of buying in non-hyped areas is you won't get caught in boom-bust cycle, cleaner titles. We invested in areas where our family was comfortable and knew the areas. 

Uppal side on Warangal highway should be ok I think. Warangal-Hyderabad at some point will become like Bombay-Pune maybe and Yadadri itself will be promoted. Plus govt is trying to push IT onto East side. There are so many landmines everywhere government lands, litigation lands, pollution that if you can get a clean piece of land take it. It will find its own organic growth. City has been growing on all sides, although more on West side, and now slowly Shamshabad area is picking up. Lot of people lost money though in 2008 buying in hyped areas.
