I don't think he will have funds to distribute during year 5, but people have no choice but to take whatever given to sell their vote, at the end of the day shamelessness of people cannot be changed, employees can do nothing, opposition is nowhere to be seen

Bjp is not giving any money to the state… it never did… all it is doing is giving the permission to borrow above and beyond the limits..
