ఉద్యోగస్తుల మాటలు వింటుంటే వారి బాధ వారికి పెరగనందుకు అనిపించటం లేదు. వృద్ధాప్య పింఛన్లు, అమ్మఒడి, ఆటో వారికి, వెనకబడిన మహిళలకు ఆర్థిక చేయూత వంటి పథకాల మీద అక్కసు కనపడుతోంది.

ఈ రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయం మొత్తం మాకే చెందాలి లేకపోతే రాజకీయ నాయకులకు చెందాలి. మిగతా ప్రజలందరూ మా ఇద్దరి గుమ్మాల వద్ద చేతులు కట్టుకు నిలబడాలి. ఇది కొన్ని దశబ్దాలుగా జరుగుతుంది. ఇప్పుడు ప్రజల వద్దకు అధికారం వెళుతుంది. వీరితో పనిలేకుండానే నేరుగా లబ్ధిదారులకు నిధులు వెళుతున్నాయి. 

తమ టేబుల్ వద్ద ఒక ముసలాయన తన పింఛను అప్లికేషన్ కోసం చేతులు కట్టుకొని నిలబెడితే రేపు చూద్దాం పో అని విదిలిస్తుంటే వచ్చే మానసిక ఆనందం పోయింది. ఇటువంటి పైశాచిక ఆనందాలు ఎన్నో! వాటిని తిరిగి ఎవ్వరు ఇవ్వగలరు? శాశ్వతంగా అవి ఈ రాష్ట్రంలో దూరం చేస్తున్నాడు. వ్యవస్థలలో అసమానతలు తగ్గుతుంటే పైన ఉన్నవారికి నచ్చదు.

ఒకప్పుడు అప్పటి ప్రధానమంత్రి రాజీవ్ గాంధీ చెప్పారు. రూపాయి పేదవారికి ఇస్తే చివరికి వారికి 20 పైసలు కూడా చేరటం లేదు అని. సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ఈ రోజు కొత్త కాదు. కానీ, రూపాయి మొత్తం పేదవాడికి చేరటమే కొత్త. ఈ మార్పును ఒప్పుకునే పరిస్థితిలో వాళ్ళు లేరు, వారితో పాటు అన్నీ రాజకీయ పార్టీలలో కొంతమంది నాయకులకు కూడా ఇది నచ్చటం లేదు. ఈ అసంతృప్తి కొంతమంది రాజకీయ నాయకుల్లో, కొంతమంది అధికార పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యే లలో కూడా ఉంది. అది ఈ రోజు కాకపోతే రేపు ఎప్పుడో సారి ఏదో రూపంలో బయటకు రాకమానదు. ఆ అక్కసు ఈ రోజు ఏదో కారణంతో బయటకు వచ్చింది. ఉద్యోగాల జీతాలు పెంచినా అది ఆగదు.

govt is saying that as they are giving so much to the other sections of people and are low on funds, the govt cannot give them the salaries… is that a valid argument? Not really..  

also, employees are not getting the salaries on time from several months… and govt is using their retirement funds for the schemes.. recent retirees are not getting their retirement benefits..

I know one person who retired an year ago and is still waiting for his retirement money…

Not more than a year..

treasury didn’t clear the bills saying there are no funds and are not clearing any retirement dues.. salaries ke money levu ani… that is why Jagan started getting loans via corporations..

 both states retirement age ne pencharu so that they can avoid burden of retirement for four years … so next 4 years no retirements thus deferring payment
