Kaka, the best way to deal with diabetics is to gain knowledge on diabetes. 

Diabetic aithe ie food tinali..exercise cheyali...danikante mundu you really need to understand how blood sugar works, how it affects your body in the short term and long term...observe your habits carefully and see which habits contributed more to this condition etc. 

Entha knowledge gain chesukunte  niku awareness kuda automatic ga vachestadi...

Yeah mostly genetic issues valla and early ga diagnose ayye chance undi…

Type 2 also has a big genetic component na doctor septunde.. if you have a strong family history of type 2, exercise/good food may delay it but most likely you will also get in later age.

Genes too family history unte tappakunda vastundi healthy food and exercise will postpone it but once out of track vache chances untadi. Stress , lack of sleep too contributes to blood sugar spikes .
