I do record sometimes but I never listen most of the times Malli one hr waste ani😊

Write rough meeting notes in parallel

one more advantage with that is you can send it as minutes of meeting to team which gives you visibility

Only listening ante bore kotti we loose focus

so this kind of parallel writing gets some focus and control on work irrespective of jr or senior

there is nothing wrong if they expect us everytime, one day we go on vacation they will understand the dependency

Maa dantlo doc maintain chestharu. Pm or who ever organized the meeting will add running mtg notes which is more than enough

I find it useful to actually hand write notes during the meeting to increase my concentration levels and also information retention
