Some part of failure lies on AP leaders who didn’t negotiate properly when they knew division was eminent.
 

And for the promises on the floor of the house the successive government should have honored them. Again CBN overwhelmed them with his expectations of 1 lakh crores for capital etc.. somewhere things gone bad. unfortunately Jagga sold his soul to the devil for more loans and personal reasons
