Just posting here so that process would be useful.

1. Booked air ticket.

2. Visa slot booking[ through broker].

3. COVID test 72 hr before travel[ Got it at Walgreens/labcorp] . Resulted in 36 hours.

4. Uploaded documents in Airsuvidha and printed that SRF[self registration form] 3 copies.
