I personally find his acting in rangasthalam good. And I don’t think it’s easy to carry legacy while every son like lokesh, akhil etc ppl failed. 
 

so I think ramcharan has little more talent to be and sustain as a star

Yes, everyone has their opinion but if you step outside if telugu states and ask others you will know...our minds are corrupted by media

We don’t have to get approval everywhere. It’s enough if we can get approval at home states

Yes, and we Telugu choices are limited... You think there is competition... But all major holidays are blocked by few producers and distributers , all theaters blocked and tickets are sold for premium prices. They collect more and media and PR keep referring to them as A tier. ..

Others have no chance as the movies released during during exams or regular weeks with bunch of other movies. 

Even if the movie is great, it will collect less than the so called A tier hero. 

Rinse and repeat ... 

Not just that, choreographers , musicians , fight Masters give their best work for big heroes only.... If they give chart buster for small budget movie, they will be block listed... Even they prefer and work hard for big heroes as they get paid a little bit more and they know exposure is more ..

A director with non A-tier hero has to work 10 times more to get great output from other crafts...
