I feel job market is also down a little now….posted resume last week and not even single call….8 months back atleast I used to submit 4-5 positions a day and even got interviews

Fundamentals are there man it’s inflation , money that is printed in last 2 years contribute to 40% of money .. so houses growth is only 15-20% . My 2cents I am expecting houses to grow at 1-2% if no recession and if recession they may go back 8-10% but it will never return to 500k levels
