Right moment to quit day job

Let says a person is drawing x amount from his 9-5 day job.

What is safe bet in terms of X’s to quit day job when one ears consistent income either through side hustle or other revenues.

As long you make more than X now, and have a path to 2X or 3X or even more if you focus completely on side hustle, you can quit.

For Single bro so less expenses - want to seriously consider quitting and do business.

Nice, on my path to making more than 2x but thinking about consistency in results. Will consider your opinion.
