yeah single family house .. no over price. actually almost doubled up in value .. did refi as well. anduke kada, edi antha over hype laga anipistundi, 2008 lo crash lo chala affect ayyaru manollu kuda.

already lot of product based companies are increasing the base salary, I feel like most of the non-product based clients will start outsourcing the IT services to save money on their balance sheets. Slowly cost of living will be increasing.

 

recession will follow inflation. Might take few years to burst the inflation bubble.
