cold places lo unnollaki thelusthadi remote entha best anedi and hybrid in summers is fine. Ledante winters lo 1.5hrs door-door one way is too much. Evening intiki vachaka literally u dont want to do any other stuff like playing with kids or helping them with other activities/homework etc etc.

Even though going to office in-person  is very productive from work perspective, hybrid model seems to be more practical and the same has been proven for the last couple of years... hopefully offices don't switch to a pure in-person and hybrid becomes more prevalent for long term
