Damage done to oneself

Is it repairable. I lost the sense of me and not liking the person I have become. I did let people betray me, take advantage of me believing they will face their karma. Meanwhile I did fail myself. I am tired of staying strong and reading self help books. I do physical activities too. But the fact that nothing is gonna bring the time back is killing me. I worked hard for everything I ever wanted but failed this time. I did not learn how to live with the life I get rather the life I want.
