It's only for PHD. Not for EB2 and EB3. Less chances in Senate version but PHD kabatti yemanna miracle aina avochu. Other bills not possible at least this year. Next reps vachaka inkoka 2 years drama vuntadi.

If this bill pass there will be retrogression initially in all EB categories bcoz there are thousands of PhDs waiting for green card and this bill won’t increase number of available green cards per year.
