No, they are just increasing the base salary cap meaning any employee will not get more than 350k base. they can give 100k as well. it's going to give more room for recruiting as people are not willing to join amazon for very low base compared other big tech. Not sure how much hike current employees are going to get, as usual they will link to performance and give peanuts for most of them.
