taxing home owners that have unoccupied properties is not gonna help because there's not much unoccupied homes in the first place, duh!

its not fcuking somalia. Its San Francisco. Where everyone would want to live.

who are these guys trying to hoodwink

same thing Toronto is trying to pull. The shamelessness of these corrupt local officials knows no bounds I guess
